Obituary of Mary Louise Gunn

GUNN, Mary Louise age 70 of Clio died Thursday, December 21, 2006 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. Funeral service will be held 12:00 noon, Thursday, December 28, 2006 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home Dr. Roy L. Mclaughlin officiating, and burial in Thetford Township Cemetery. Maryas family will be present to receive friends at the Miles Martin Funeral Home on Tuesday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, Wednesday from 12:00 noon to 8:00pm, and Thursday from 10:00am until time of service at 12:00 noon. \ \ Mary was born November 17, 1936 in Flint, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Adelbert and Mary (Hammond) Gray. She and Donald Gunn were united in marriage on June 17, 1955 in Flint. Mary enjoyed sewing, quilting, playing Euchre, and taking care of her family. \ \ Mary leaves to cherish her memory:\ Husband of 51 years Donald,\ 5 children:\ Donald and wife Michele Gunn, Ronald and wife Jackie Gunn, Cindy Starkey, Kathleen and husband John Kisthardt, and Matthew and wife Jodi Gunn,\ 14 grandchildren,\ 8 great grandchildren,\ sisters Beverly and husband Bud Dell, and Gail Makidon,\ many special brothers and sisters in law, nieces, nephew, and numerous friends.\ \ She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother. \ \ Friends may share memories, prayers, and stories at the funeral home and online at www.martinfuneralhome.com.\
