Grandma, Words are hard to come by that can express my sorrow, I will miss you so very much. \ I will always cherish the wonderful memories of times spent at the house, hunting Morel's in the woods around the cabin in Travers City and all of the Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners with everyone. With your kindness and gentleness heaven will be even more wonderful. Every time I see a butterfly, I will think of you. \ You are in a much better place now, reunited with grandpa and dad. Whenever the sadness gets to great I just look up and I can see the three of you smiling down on me. WE LOVE YOU and will see you again someday

Tim & I are out of town and unable to attend the services.\ \ The memories of Gilldrine (Geraldrine) are many. She was always there watching over the kids in the neighborhood as we grew. We had many moms in our neighborhood and Gilldrine was one of them - she patrolled the bottom of the hill. I remember her coming up the road to fellowship with her friends on the hill. Friday nights were special as many families gathered to have weiner roasts. It was during these times that we became family. Secret pal club was a very important part of Gilldrine's life and I remember watching the moms have their club time. Geraldrine was a saint of God. She lived what she believed and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need, never giving credit to herself. Her service was in many areas such as Carriage Town Mission, Eastern Stars and church activities. \ \ Geraldrine - you will be missed by those who loved you so dearly. We know that your time here was well spent. You have left a legacy and have been an inspiration to all who knew you.
