Of Frankenmuth, formerly of Vassar, passed away unexpectedly as the result of an auto accident, age 37. Todd was born July 2, 1970 in Saginaw, the son of Mr. & Mrs. Frank and Jill (Rosencrants) Szagesh. Todd graduated from Vassar High School in 1988 and went on to attend Northern Michigan University. He was an avid softball player and current fastpitch pitcher for Tiffany's softball team. He enjoyed golfing. He was an employee of Wolverine Human Services at Wolverine Secure Treatment Center in Buena Vista for over 14 years. He was a wonderful, loving, devoted father, son, brother and friend; who will be missed by many. He was also a donor to the Gift of Life.\

His memory will be cherished by his dearly loved children; Kyle, Courtney and Justin, who were the greatest joy in Todd's life. His parents; Frank and Jill, of Vassar, his brother; Brett Szagesh and daughter Sierra, his uncles; Mike (Yvonne) Szagesh of Vassar, Leo (Joni) Rosencrants and children, Troy (Todd's Godson) and Emily, of Spring Lake, Thomas Szagesh of Caro, several cousins, and many friends. \

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his Aunt Alma Satchell, and Aunt Mary Taylor.\

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at 11:00am, at the Wolverine Human Services Community Recreation Center. Rev. John Becker will be officiating with cremation to follow. Family will be present to receive friends and loved ones from 12:00noon until 8:00pm on Monday, from 2:00pm until 8:00pm on Tuesday at the Martin Funeral Home in Vassar. On Wednesday morning, Todd will be taken to the Wolverine Human Services Community Recreation Center to lie in state from 10:00am until the time of service at 11:00am. Those desiring, may consider memorial contributions to the Szagesh Children College Fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home or contributions can be forwarded directly to the funeral home.\
