Frank and Jill, Our prayers are with you during this difficult time. We know how great your sorrow is, it is not a natural thing that a parent has to bury a child. Condolences from the Auburn Buzz Softball Team. The last time we saw Todd was at the State Class B Men's Fastpitch tourney in Midland on August 4th. He was pitching against the Twisters from Midland. We also remember the last time we played Tiffany's in the league playoffs in Frankenmuth on July 30th when he pitched a great game and defeated us 3-2. We lost Kelvin Vogel a few years ago and it was very hard on our team. We will be sending a contribution to the Children's College Fund.\

My favorite memory of Todd was when he would come in to see his Dad on Friday mornings and have coffee and donuts with Frank at his desk. Their laughter would fill the showroom here at Cook's. The bond they continue to share is full of love and joy. I pray that Todd's family will find peace and comfort. jg

I was confirmed with Todd at St. Luke's Lutheran and graduated from High School with him. I will always remember him as "Wads." We lost touch after High School but reconnected a couple years ago when he was coaching my son's team in Vassar Youth Football. My thoughts are with his family.

Thank you to not only you, the family, but also Todd for the gifts of life that have been given to so many. I never knew Todd or your family but I work with Jenny LaPratt and she told me of the decision your family made to donate. One short week ago, we were also at Martin Funeral Home in Vassar to say good bye to my cousin's baby. He was the recipient of a heart transplant a few weeks earlier and although it did not save him, it was his only chance at life. For a few short days, the selfless act of another grieving family had given him the chance at life. There are no words that I can say to ease your pain but please find comfort that Todd's generosity continues on. My thoughts are with you during this time.

I was shocked and saddened to hear the news of Todd's passing. Please accept my heartfelt sympathies to Todd's family. I am sorry that I won't be able to attend the showing or the funeral as I will be out of town. I enjoyed playing softball with and against both Todd and Brett. Todd is probably getting a softball game going in heaven right now. He will be missed by many. I hope the family finds strength in their faith at this difficult time. Again, please accept my deepest sympathies at your loss.

Frank, Jill, and Brett, There is no words that can replace the lost in your lives. Things happen for a reason and no one can tell us why, but it will all be fine in the end. I just want you all to know we love you and we will do anything we can too help. There is a time, a reason, and a way, it might not be the way we want it, but things happen and we will all get through this together. Brett, I need you to be strong for your mother and father, you are the link that holds it all together. Someday we will all be together to ask why and how come, but until then let's help the family and kids get through this as best as we can. Frank and Jill, I want you to know that you did nothing wrong in raising your son, the lord has a reason for bringing him home.
