Zonia was born on August 9, 1960, in Flint, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl and Marcella (Dickinson) Jubar. When Zonia was not watching her favorite TV shows or catching up with family on the phone, she loved spending time with her grandchildren. They were her world, and she was there for every event, every milestone; she never missed anything. Besides her grandchildren, Zonia loved her children and would do anything for either of them. When she was not spending time with her family, she loved to listen to country music, with her favorite artist being Kane Brown. Zonia loved to travel, especially to Tennessee. She loved everything about that state, from her family that lived there to the mountains and downtown Nashville. She was a wonderful, devoted mother and grandmother, and she will be greatly missed.
Left to cherish Zonia’s memory are her children: stepson, Jason (Carrie) Croutch; son, Levi (Angela) Jubar; daughter, Carien (Kevin) Osborn; grandchildren: Savannah Osborn (9), Jayden Osborn (7), Skyleigh Osborn (10 months old); six step-grandchildren; her sisters, brothers, and many nieces and nephews.
Zonia was preceded in death by her mom (Marcella), dad (Carl), sister (Sandy), husband (Gordon), and friend that she loved like a mom (Edith).
