Carol was a treasure. My mom loved her dearly, and so did I. Her signature catchphrases, which aren’t appropriate for all ages, made us smile and giggle every time. I often saw John and Carol with my mom and dad, and I always wanted to join in their conversation and fun. My love to the entire family. Maybe Carol and Mary are playing golf in heaven. I hope so. Love. - Amy Bryson

Doctor John and Macksood family ... I am very saddened to read about your loss of this beautiful and devoted and wise woman. She was so special, always a twinkle in her eye and kindness in her heart and I appreciated the remembrance writing that captures her oh, so well. Love of her heart. I was lucky to have known her for many years and she always made me feel special - I came to realize this is the way she naturally made most everyone around her feel. She had a great talent for people and with her loving husband made a great family with many generations that will never forget her - a legacy intact. I know the blessings she gave the loves of her life - and until you meet her again, the spirit remains with laughter, wisdom, and humility always present. So sad for your loss, but so happy for your experience.

Carol delivered delicious food to our Grand Blanc home in 2014 during a time I was recovering from a very difficult surgery. Meeting her for the first time I remember her warmth and beautiful spirit.
We were forever grateful for her generosity and care during a challenging time in our family. It is not often that you remember someone so fondly from such a brief meeting.
My condolences are heartfelt, I am sure her passing has left a void in all of your lives. You will remain in my prayers. Carla Sharp
