I'm very sorry to hear of Clyde's passing. I worked with Clyde back in the late 80's, early 90's at Buick. A guy couldn't ask for a better partner. I have many fond memories of that time. He taught me everything about the Lightweight Piston department that we were responsible for. There was no problem that we could not troubleshoot & resolve. We kept that place running on 2nd shift. We had many, many good laughs... he was quite the prankster. He was a terrific guy, and I've always regretted having lost contact with him. May he rest in peace, while his memory lives on. So many great memories with Clyde. Even though we weren’t related he really felt like an uncle to me. I’ll cherish the memories of camping at Higgins lake state park and our annual bow hunting camp. He even drove up to bay city a few times to watch me play hockey. Everyone has a few people in their life outside of their immediate family that hold a special place in their heart. Clyde was one of those people for me. I’ll miss him forever. He was a great man.

Mary, this is the last time we all got together with the gang... what a fun night we had didn’t we. So sorry LC and Aricka... Your dad was sure proud of both of you and he loved you to pieces!! Clyde was a very good man and we’re sure going to miss him.

Wow to have these times back old friend. The times we spent together playing hockey and chasing deer around Higgins Lake were the best. I'll always store these things away in my mind like a precious treasure. We had a good run together over the years and I'll miss you dearly.
