Obituary of Bradley Kirk Eastham

Age 65, of Flint, formerly of Vassar, died Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at his home. In accordance with Bradley’s wishes, a private burial will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Bradley ’s family will have a memorial service on Sunday, July 15,  2018, at 2:00 pm at the Vassar United Methodist Church.

Bradley was born on May 30, 1953, in Caro, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Edna Eastham (Robinson).  He resided in the Vassar area and attended Vassar high school, until he joined the United States Navy in 1971, serving on the submarine, U S.S. Patrick Henry.  Bradley attended Vassar High School; he earned his High School diploma while in the Navy. After receiving his honorable discharge, Bradley would continue his education at Delta College, obtaining an Associate Degree in Business. He would go on to work for Meijer’s stores until his retirement.

Bradley is survived by his parents: Robert and Edna Eastham; three children: Kortney Eastham, Jacob and wife, Crystal Sackman, and Tara Sackman; grandchildren: Cody, Isabelle, and Jada; brother, Jeffery Eastham; nephew: John Eastham; niece: Robin and husband, Johnny Crump, III, and their son, Johnny Crump, IV; aunt: Glenda and  husband, George Wilson; cousins: Lonnie and Lee;  dear friend, Vivian Buggs.

Bradley was preceded in death by his grandparents Glenn and Anna Eastham, and Jacob and Vera Robinson; Nephew;  staff sergeant, Justin Jay.
