I am thinking of you as you prepare to say goodbye to your beautiful son and brother today. What a sweet smile he had as a young man! I know too many people in the last month facing grief as well and the friends and family arrive at one conclusion; make the most of every day and love one another. I pray that you will wake up each day with new hope and joy for the day ahead. And as God’s word reminds us we must have hope on the days we can’t see light. The light is always there, we just have to take our blinders off and it’s pure faith that lets us see it brighter than ever! Some days are harder than others to pull the blinders off I’m sure you’d agree. And some days we just feel like wearing our blinders and sucking our thumbs!! Finally a last thought from a pastor in my church, remember God goes before us. He doesn’t just come to the rescue behind us with a broom and dust pan, he’s already in every room you enter or thought you have. Just remember to look for Him there. :) Love and hugs, Mary
