I send my deepest sympathies to all of the Greve family, and pray that God will take your hand and help you through your sorrow. I know how special Ethel was, and what a strong and determined role model she was for her family. From my friendship with Scott and Tim, I have come to admire Ethel's courage, made evident through her long sickness.\ Scott and I had many long phone conversations upon which he disclosed his love,\ admiration and concern for his Grandmother, and having recently lost my father,\ we had each other's shoulder to cry upon.\ Take a deep breath when you can and rejoice in the fact that Ethel is now home \ and at peace. No pain is hers today, no more strokes, no more sadness, she is \ free from the chains of the mortal world.\ Always remember,when a loved one dies, God comforts us enough to sustain us,\ but leaves enough of the void and enough of the lonliness to help us to anticipate our reunion.\ Do not cry for Grandma, she is the lucky one.\ Celebrate her life!
