I took a walk this morning, in the Seattle crisp morning-rain, in your honor & during your coffee time. I know how you love that hot coffee. So I stopped by Starbucks, got me a coffee too. I thought of my favorite song as a child, which is also our Fathers favorite song, "Amazing Grace." I then remembered this very same song, only in an Indian Prayer. It's done in a 'Native American Indian Tongue - Amazing Grace." Hence, in thought of our Fathers heritage, and even so our Grandmother, I present this to you, and your journey bub. As the oldest child in our immediate family, I've watched your whole life through. Even before you were born, as Mother carried you, there was a terrible Tornado that swept thru our town in June. Mother, carrying Scott on her pregnant belly of you, her other hand clasped in mine, seeking out safety to the neighbors home. Flying in the sky was every kind of thing that never could fly. What a champ Dennis was to family & friends etc. I'll miss our many calls during the week, & the conversations we shared over the years. The life experiences we've learned/shared together are a 'treasured tapestry' to behold; even through the tears, laughter & joy. Many thoughts & love to your children, from me. Due to weather conditions, your big sis isn't there. Do know I'm there in many of ways untold & through the memories we share. I send my siblings, My Mother & direct family/friends the greatest wave of sympathy, kindness & love as you walk Denny through his last journey. I know he's watching all of you, & standing in the back of him is our family of past; those whom made the same last journey. May the blessings fall on each of you, the next few days. I love ya'll, & thank you for being with my brother to his celebration of life. What a celebration it is to behold as my little brother enters the great wonders of all the heavens/realms not seen, as yet, to us. So

Our heartfelt condolences, We will always remember Dennis as a man that loved his family first and always willing to help anyone ... I will never forget the time he was over helping his aunt Edie with a water pipe .., it was so blustry and in comes Dennis soak n wet and ice forming on his hat ... I can still hear him & Edie laughing ... Dennis saying " Aunt Edie it isnt frozen it exploded water is plowing well we need to pipe that in the house "
