Rosemary was born December 30, 1965 in Flint. She enjoyed spending time with her family, who meant the world to her, and was an outgoing woman who loved being around other people.
Left to cherish her memory are her: son, Anthony Naylor and fiancé, Tamara Cook; two grandchildren: Noah Naylor, and Natalia Cook; parents, Eddie and Catherine Williams; grandfather, Ed Brown; aunt, Becky Matthews; four siblings: Catherine and husband, Junior Seals, Linda and husband, Neil Arnold, Michelle and wife, Sandi Chesanek, Alex and wife, Sunny Murphy; nephew, Brian Russell II; two nieces: Brianna Russell, and Lexi Murphy; two cousins: Robert Matthews, and Dianne Mirshra.
