Dear Sandy and family: I was so saddened to read of the loss of Tom. My car is in for repairs so I am not able to make it out to visit with you personally today, but I do want to express my sympathy to you and your family.\ I do remember your delight when you and Tom were first engaged and how happy you were. Tom's sense of humor and personality had your heart.\ The immediate future will be difficult for you I am sure, but just having been at work the first few years of your married life, I know that you have some very funny and delightful memories to help carry your through. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

My husband and I wanted to convey our deepest sympathy to the family and friends who have lost their beloved Thomas. We have also lost ones dear to us and know the pain experienced at such a time. In 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 it brings out that "the God of all comfort" brings us comfort so that we may be comforting to others. That is why we wanted to write. What has helped us is the sure hope and promises that we read in God's Word. In John 5:28,29 we read Christ Jesus words that "the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." Christ Jesus demonstrated his ability and desire to do this in the account where he resurrected his friend Lazarus (John 11:11-44). And how beautiful are the promises that we read in Isaiah 25:8 and Revelation 21:3,4. Please continue to look to "the God of all comfort" and the love and support of those around you during this difficult time. Again we are so sorry for your loss. With Sincere Sympathy, Becky Lynn
