Michael,\ \ I want to start off by apologizing to you for being so far away during this awful time. I've never had a biological brother, but in you I've always had a brother in spirit. I know how heartbroken I would be if your life was to suddenly come to an end and with that I cannot imagine how you feel right now. Richard was a great guy, brother, friend, son, and I'm sure he made a great husband. Just an all around good guy. Mike, my heart really goes out to you, your mom, Kelly, Dan, Michelle, and the rest of your family. It is my prayer for all of you that God take you under His wing, especially during this time, and keep you all strong together and supportive of each other. Rich had such a gift of making someone smile as soon as he walked in the room (a gift that you have too, Mike) and I know that he's going to be there with you guys watching and just making you smile when you think about the good times and he's going to be there to comfort you while you're missing him. Mike, I love you, brother. And if there is anything you ever need, you know that I'm just a phone call away. May God bless your family and comfort all of you. Little did we know that morning that God would call your name. \ In life they loved you dearly, in death they do the same.\ It broke their hearts to lose you, you did not go alone. For part of them went\ with you the day God called you home. You left them peaceful memories,\ your love is still their guide. And though they cannot see you, you are\ always by their side. Teri,Dan and Family,\ Our deepest heartfelt condolences go out to you and your family.\ Richard will be remembered by us always...from our traveling hockey years and his friendship with Tony and our family....his time of living with us to go to school with Tony...his smile, his laughter, his jokes and I could go on and on. Dear Terri & Rick and family\ We are all very sad to hear of Richards passing. I remember when you, kat, and me were all pregnant at the same time with the kid's. We will never forget going up north and the kids all playing together and the good times we all had. \ No parent should ever have to say goodbye to one of their children.
