Obituary of Marion Guibord

Of Mt. Morris, age 90, died Sunday, January 13, 2013 at Fostrian Manor. The funeral service will take place 1:00 pm, Monday, January 21, 2013 at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris, with burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Monday, from 12:00 noon until time of service at 1:00 pm. Marion was born October 18, 1922, in Cadillac, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde and Alice (Foster) Earegood. She and Walter G. Guibord were united in marriage January 6, 1968, in Flint. Marion owned and operated Mary Ann Cleaners for many years, retiring in 1970. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Walter; son Leroy and wife, Judy Gilles; step-son, Steven and wife, Jackie Guibord; step-daughter, Debra and husband, Mike McDonald; 11 grandchildren; many great and great-great grandchildren; two sister, Milli Tedhams and Evelyn Duosinberry; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Sylvia; one sister; and four brothers.
