I would like to send my deepest sympathy to Neil and your family. As you know, I know how it feels to loose loved ones (Mother, Father, Sisters, Daughters, and even recently my Husband). With every loss, it doesn't get any easier because each one holds a different place in my heart. \
\
I really wish my health would have been better, so I could have came to Michigan to visit Dollie and even help take care of her. Even though we were miles apart, we found time to talk and share special times together even through our letters and pictures. I will miss her greatly. \

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal.\
But LOVE leaves a memory no one can steal.\

Here is a quote, I find to be so true:\
I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories. We find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared their love. Leo Buscaglia\

My sympathy goes out to Dollie's Family. I will truly miss Dollie. She was always so nice to me. I enjoyed the times she came and spent time with Fannie, her sister in Tennessee. We took her to Dollywood and she seemed to enjoy it. I wish we could have spent more time together. She always spoke so highly of her family. And the past few times, we spoke she talked of how well Neil was taking care of her, with his loving support. I'm sorry that we could not be there for you during this time, but I promise you are in our thoughts and prayers. I will miss talking to Dollie. She always tried to look at the brighter side of life. \
Our thoughts and love are with you.\

I would again like to extend my sympathy to Dollie's family. These are the times that I hate my job. It's always hard to say good-bye. This time especially hard. To think of Dollie, reminds me why I love my job. Dollie has always been a special person to me. From her very first day. Her being picky about looking so nice, when she came for her appt. We would laugh and say, "You're going to get mad if blood gets on that" She didn't care because "It'll come out" There was a time, actually 2 times. Both times Kim. Dollie's needle came out. Both Dollie and Kim were a mess. I went over to help clean and we just laughed. Kim and I really had a great time with Dollie. We laughed alot over many years. \
It truly has been a pleasure taking care of her. I'm honored to have met such a wonderful person. It's an unfortunate place to build relationships, but Dollie became part of my family. I love her and will deeply miss her beaming smile. \
On behalf of the staff and many patients at RRC, we share in your time of loss. \
Everlasting thoughts and prayers,\
