Obituary of Anna Mary Horvath

HORVATH, Anna Mary age 87 of Mt. Morris died Monday, December 4, 2006 at Medi Lodge in Montrose. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2006 at 11:00am at the Miles Martin Funeral Home with Rev. Fr. Thomas Nenneau officiating, and burial in Flint Memorial Park. Annaas family will be present to receive friends at the Miles Martin Funeral Home on Wednesday from 12:00 noon until 8:00pm, and on Thursday from 10:00am until time of service at 11:00am. Memorial donations may be considered to Elizabethas Assisted Living. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. \ \ Anna was born January 13, 1919 in Snina, Czechoslovakia the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph and Mary Koval. She and John G. Horvath Sr. were united in marriage on November 16, 1940 in Flint. Anna worked as a cook at Pinehurst Elementary in the Mt. Morris School District for 18 years. Anna was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, and the Altar Society.\ She enjoyed cooking, gardening, fishing, and spending time with her family. \ \ Anna leaves to cherish her memory 4 children:\ John Jr. and wife Sandy Horvath,\ Mary Ann and husband Ed White,\ Joan Schneider, and \ Judy and husband Tim Blower,\ 6 grandchildren,\ 8 great-grandchildren.\ \ Anna was preceded in death by her parents, husband John Sr., brother and sister.\ The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Elizabethas Assisted Living and Medi-Lodge in Montrose\
