there isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of you Ray. you were like my second father, I wish you were here with me as I marry my love of my life tomorrow, but I know you will be looking down upon me watching. thank you for all that you have taught me

I am so very sorry to hear about Raymond's death. We are first cousins and grew up together. Mom (Aunt Francine) and I are very sorry we could not come to the funeral home to pay our last respects in person, but felt it was best not to, under the circumstances. Please know that we care and will always remember Raymond. You are in our prayers and thoughts during this time of your loss. Love, Chris

I had the pleasure of knowing Ray for 20 years. Besides my dad, Ray was one of the only good male influences in my life and he treated me good. He taught me how to camp, water-ski drive a boat and have fun. I appreciated that Ray was good to my wife Linda. Ray visited me Sunday, just two days before he died. He was very heartbroken, yet still hopeful about his marriage. He talked about his deep feelings for Yvonne & hunting. He couldn't wait to get home and give Yvonne a hickory rocking chair he had gotten for her from me. He talked about Yvonne, his family, kids, grandkids and Doreen. He told us that Doreen was a wonderful mother and friend and that he appreciated her. He was a hard working man who didn't judge people, minded his own business as far as family matters, and accepted you for what you were. I was thankful for the opportunity to talk with Ray and share time together catching up on each others lives. I feel lucky to have known Ray and appreciate the person he was. \

To Ray's family, I am so sorry for your loss. There are no words that can take away the pain you are feeling. If there is any comfort in knowing how proud he was when he spoke of his family, then know that he smiled when he talked of you. Ray was a good man! I hope the memories you have will sub-stain you during this difficult and heartbreaking time.
