Of Vassar age 45 died Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at Covenant in Saginaw. Tim was born August 16, 1961 in Saginaw the son of William Kern and JoAnn (Schack) Kern. Tim was the owner of Vassar Bookkeeping and Tax Service. Tim leaves to cherish his memory:\
2 sons Jesse and Zachary Kern, and their mom Darlene Kern, parents: JoAnn Kern, and William and wife Sharron Kern, brother Mike and wife Colleen Kern, sister Michelle and husband Bob Sage, 2 half sisters Sheila and Pamela Kern, and 2 step brothers Richard Hollingsworth and William and wife Marianne Kielitz, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 1:00pm, Saturday, February 10, 2007 at St. Michaelas Lutheran Church in Richville, Pastor Wes Gillaspie officiating, with cremation to follow. Timas family will receive friends at the Martin Funeral Home in Vassar on Friday from 2:00pm to 9:00pm. On Saturday, Tim will be taken to church where he will lie in state from 12 noon until time of service at 1:00pm. Memorial donations may be considered to a family fund, envelopes are available at the funeral home and the church.\
