ROBERT T. JENSEN\ Of Vassar, age 53, died Sunday, February 18, 2007 at his home.\ Funeral services will be held 6:00pm Friday, February 23, 2007 at Martin Funeral Home in Vassar with Pastor Max McCloud officiating. Cremation will follow. Family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home 11:00am until time of service at 6:00pm on Friday. There will be a Memorial Service by Vassar Eagles #2380. Those desiring, may consider memorial contributions to National Kidney, Organ Transplants or charity of your choice.\ \ Robert was born March 4, 1953 in Flint the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thurman and Virginia (MacDonald) Jensen. He and Cynthia Templeton were united in marriage on December 30, 1988. He was a member of Vassar Eagles #2380 and St. Paul Lutheran Church in Millington. \ Robert retired from Saginaw Foundry in 1997 after over 29 years of service. He loved his family, being out of doors, fresh water and deep sea fishing, going to Florida, working in the yard, and his animals. \ \ Surviving are his wife Cindy Jensen of Vassar;\ Daughters Kaycee and Becky Kowitz;\ Son Matt Ostrander all of Vassar;\ 5 grandchildren;\ parents Thurman and Virginia Jensen of Traverse City;\ three sisters Sharron and husband Estel Barrett of Missouri\ Linda and husband Wayne Rose of Davison\ Alicia and husband Dennis Kelley of Florida;\ Brother Mark Jensen of Traverse City;\ Many nieces and nephews.\ He was preceded in death by his daughter Kim. \
