I worked with John a long tome ago at Durakon. Also, became a partner with him in CAMLO, starting at the Estwood Motel at St. Helen, Mi. \ We haven't been in contaqct in a few years but I will always remember him.

we here old timers at the Tuscola County Sheriff Office were shocked to hear the news. John was well known to us and the thought of him gone is very sad.

I worked with John twenty plus years ago at Durakon. He was the smile in my day. I could ask him to help me with "manly" tasks at my home and he was always there with a smile and a joke to help. Though we haven't been in contact, he has always been fondly remembered. May you find comfort in knowing all the good he did here in his earthly home. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Even though we drifted apart the last few years. John will always be my brother, in one way or another \ \ \ \ Gone? \ by Robert Browning \ \ I am standing on the seashore. ~~ \ A ship appears and spreads his white sails to the morning breeze and starts for the ocean. \ \ He is an object of wonder and I stand watching him until at last he fades away on the horizon and someone at my side quietly says, "he's gone: ! \ \ Gone where? \ \ Gone from my vision that is all. He is just as large as when I saw him last. \ The diminished size and total loss of sight is in me. \ , \ Not in him. \ . \ ~ \ And just at that moment when someone at my side says he is gone, and other voices take up the joyful shout, "here he comess !" \

Aunt Edie, Jerry and family: We are so sorry to hear of Uncle John's passing. There are so many memories of our times spent with him that will never be forgotten. He could always put a smile on your face and make you laugh whenever he was around you. I know nothing could ever prepare you for his passing, but I pray somehow you will find comfort in knowing he is in a better place and all the blessings he gave you.
