We have lost a wonderful Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather. \ \ However this man will never be forgotten and the love we have shared for all these years will never stop growing. The memories we have and will always share are in our hearts forever.\ \ Remember when the only pit in the cherry pie would be in dad's piece.... and the only eggshell in the pie,cake or cookie would be in dad's. If you slammed the door of the car or the house... his comment would be : "The doors close easy". His whistle that he would make when he wanted our attention.... I know I heard it last week when mowing the lawn. \ \ His words of wisdom will live on for generations.... "Think of the consequences before you do the actions"\ \ Dad, I will love you forever... and I miss you daily. \ I carry you in my heart always and see your picture everytime I use my phone. \ \ I didn't keep my promise of bringing you home... but you are home with grandma and grandpa... but I will keep my promise to you to make sure Mom is ok and I visit her often.\ \ I will make sure the future generations of this family know of their great grandpa, great-great grandpa, etc.\ \ You are the GREATEST !!!\
