Of Flint, age 80, died Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at Melody Pine Assisted Living in Flint. Funeral service will take place 11:00am, Thursday, May 10, 2007 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Mr. Vernon Lawrence will officiate. Burial will be held in Trufant Cemetery. Marion's family will be present to receive friends on Wednesday from 2:00pm to 8:00pm. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the Hurley Burn Unit. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Marion was born June 2, 1926 in Flint the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles and Alma (Hoskey) Dingman. She retired from GM Ternstedt in 1981 after 31 years of service as a Inspector. Marion enjoyed her grandchildren, bingo and was known to many as AaA"Mrs. Fix-it.AaA Surviving are two sons: Thomas A. and wife Mary Rasmussen, Albert and wife Sara Rasmussen, Five grandchildren: James, Carrie, Chad, Shay and Shane, Four great-grandchildren: Justin, Jonathan, Austin and Savannah, Two brothers: Thomas and Chuck Dingman, And many nieces and nephews. Marion was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 14 years, Albert P. Rasmussen.\
