Obituary of Faye Lucretia Reid

Age 93, Died on June 25, 2007, at Tuscola County Medical Care Facility in Caro. Faye was born to Mr. and Mrs. Bert and Jennie (Arwine) Reid on January 24, 1914 and lived in Tuscola County nearly all her life and attended Quanicassee Country School. Surviving are her guardian and niece Terri Wilson and husband Keith of Caro, two sisters; Goldie Hunt of Detroit, Ilah Okon of St. Clair Shores, and several nieces and nephews. Faye was preceded in death by her parents; Bert Reid and Jennie (Arwine) Reid, her; sisters; Hazel Buzzard, Eva Schwartz, Genevieve Kirk, and Emily Phillips her brothers; Ernie and Alfred Reid. The family would like to say Thanks to all of Faye's friends and staff at Stratmon Manor and Tuscola County Medical Care Facility for their loving and excellent care. Services will be held Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at 1:00pm officiated by Pastor David Cooper at Martin Funeral Home of Fairgrove, with burial at Wisner Cemetery following. Family will be welcoming friends and loved ones from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm, Memorial contributions can be made to Tuscola County Medical Care Facility, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.\
