Obituary of Arlington Paul Rensberry

Of Ossineke, formerly of Genesee, age 69, died Thursday, September 12, 2013 at his son's home after a long battle with COPD. The funeral service will take place 2:00 pm, Tuesday, September 17, 2013, at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris. Pastor Howard Rensberry will officiate with cremation to follow. Military honors will be conducted by the American Legion Post # 158. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Tuesday, from 12:00 noon until time of service at 2:00 pm. Memorial donations may be directed to the Family. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Paul was born November 21, 1943, in Hillman Township, Michigan, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ollie and Beatrice (Essner) Rensberry. Paul proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #3762, Spruce, Michigan. Left to cherish his memory are his two sons, Scott and wife, Trish and Joe and wife, Chris; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four brothers and three sisters; and many nieces; nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by parents; one brother; and one sister.
