Obituary of Beverly Anne Brown

BROWN, Beverly Anne \ Of Vassar age 81, died peacefully at her home on Monday, August 27, 2007. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be celebrated 11:00am on Monday, September 10, 2007 at the First Presbyterian Church of Vassar, with Reverend John Becker officiating, and private burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the First Presbyterian Church of Vassar from 10:00 until time of service at 11:00. Memorial donations may be considered to First Presbyterian Church of Vassar, envelopes are available at the church.\ Beverly was born November 26, 1925 in Flint the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry and Maxine (Varnum) Gohs. She and Gay Brown Jr. were united in marriage in Vassar, Michigan Beverly spent her career teaching American Literature at the Vassar High School. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, music, and dancing. \ Beverly leaves to cherish her memory her 2 daughters: Sherry and husband Peter Trezise, and Brooke and husband Joseph Hrinda Jr,. 5 grandchildren: Laurel and Courtney Trezise, and Katherine, Kristina, and Andrew Hrinda.\ She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Gay, and sister Nancy Blunt.\
