LEAMAN, David Thomas of Vassar age 64 died Friday, August 31, 2007 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Saginaw. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at 11:00am at the Martin Funeral Home in Vassar Pastor Bob Quillin and Pastor Frank Lugo officiating with burial in Tuscola Township Cemetery. Memorial donations may be considered to the Vassar Seventh Day Adventist Church, envelopes are available at the funeral home. \ \ David was born October 21, 1942 in Bay City the son of Mr. and Mrs. Murle and Eva (Mason) Leaman. He and Janet Spencer were united in marriage on August 25, 1969 on Wixom Lake. He was employed at Buick City for 33 years as a press operator, retiring in 1996. David served the Vassar Seventh Day Adventist Church as a Deacon, and was involved in many church activities, and was also a member of the UAW #599. \ \ David leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 38 years Janet, 4 children: Leon and wife Michelle Spencer, Sandy and husband Ray Reeves, Jeanie and husband Steve Hebert, and Marlene DeArk, 13 grandchildren, 1 great grand child, 3 sisters Blanche and husband George Krygier, Alice Lamont, and Lou Ayers.
