Obituary of Stanley George Koch

Age 66, of Tucson, Arizona, formally of Caro, Michigan, died Friday, December 18, 2009 at St. MaryAaas Hospital in Tucson. The funeral service will take place at 1:00pm, Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at the Martin Funeral Home - Fairgrove. Son-in-law, MSgt Vince Munson will officiate with burial to follow in Brookside Cemetery. Graveside Military Honors will be conducted by Stanley's son, SSgt David Koch, son-in-law, MSgt Vince Munson and grandson, Kyle Munson. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the Air Force Aid Society. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Stanley was born August 7, 1943 in Cass City, Michigan the son of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley and Gladys (McLellan) Koch. He and Beverly Hannah were united in marriage June 15, 1971. He was a proud, retired member of the United States Air Force. He was a dedicated son, husband, father, grandfather, and an expert craftsman. Stanley leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Beverly; mother, Gladys; children, Debra and husband, Vince, and grandchildren, Kyle and Megan, David and wife, Michele, and future grandson, Gavin, Shelley and husband, Mitch, Bud, Sue, and Bonnie; sister, Diane and brother, David; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Stanley; son, Rodney; grandchildren, Travis, Laycee, and Gabrielle.
