Kenneth was born in Hillsborough, Oregon, on March 23, 1959, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth and Elizabeth (Sauer) Parker. Educated in Oregon, he attended Vernonia High School and graduated with the Class of 1977. After graduation, Kenneth would pursue a career in the safety and maintenance field; eventually leading him to J&J BMAR, working in management. His skill set would lead him to Japan, where they incorporated his training for their OSHA certifications. Kenneth met the love of his life, Pamela Kleinmark, and the two have been inseparable for 23 years. He was a very intelligent man and loved to read and learn new things. Kenneth was an exotic foodie and enjoyed trying a variety of unique foods. He recently took up a love for grilling and became a wonderful grill master and grill smoker. Kenneth enjoyed tinkering with his 1970 Roadrunner car, working on it and fixing it up in his free time to ensure it was at its best for racing. The faster the better was always Kenneth's motto. In his younger years, Kenneth enjoyed bowling, hunting, fishing, and to this day was an avid woodworker. His favorite pastime was shooting his bow and guns. Kenneth also enjoyed exercising and taking care of his pool. He was a wonderful grandfather and great-grandfather and will be greatly missed.
