Tracy was an integral part of the Jenkins boys childhood. Playing football in the field by the Ruby’s property in Otter Lake to swimming at the beach and bike riding all over town. Life just really has a way of getting away from you and separating those that were once so important to our daily lives. I have always loved Tracy and will never forget his quick smile and laughter. I extend my deepest sympathies to the family as the death of a loved one is so very sad. Tracy’s legacy and memory will survive and thrive through his family that loved him and shared his daily experiences.

Someone as special as Tracy will never be forgotten. I had the privilege of working with Tracy over the last 11 years and his bright soul, kind heart and restoring nature always illuminated the room he was in. It was enjoyable, that sometimes you would hear Tracy's distinct laugh first when entering the Flint office (or during a training class break at corporate…. which then made everyone else in GR start to grin even before laying eyes on him) it was a spark he had. Humor aside, I always appreciated his willingness to help; he never turned down helping others (be it a customer, co-worker, or a stranger). If someone called 5m after 5pm with a 911, you know you could count on Tracy to not leave them high and dry (off call did not matter). In my first two years at SEI, I was lucky enough to ride along with Tracy on a handful of service calls during office visits. As a non-technical member of the team; this shadowing was designed to be an educational opportunity to learn the business better (observation only). Thru the day I kept jousting Tracy that I wanted in on the action too. When the last ticket of the day was upon us, he looked over to me and said… “alright, I’m pulling you up to the front lines… time to do your first hot swap.” I was actually startled and tried walking back my earlier statements. Turns out this customer adored Tracy and Tracy knew his environment very well (I suppose Tracy suspected this would bring him an end of day laugh too). With a green light customer blessing, Tracy started to walk me thru how to do a hot swap for a failed drive on a server and what everything was in the unit and the steps of the repair. Our customer made sure to get in on the fun and pointed to the red button on the wall (should I need to engage the fire suppression system if my repair went south) and where to run if need be. Jokes aside, Tracy was a great teacher, and the repair was executed to perfection (Tracy’s words not mine). Ever since then, I have bragged about being a “level 0 hot swap certified Account Executive” to anyone in IT. When I moved to Chicago to start my role as an SAE, Tracy told me I was going meet a lot of great IT minds and to never forget what he taught me in the Datacenter. Tracy gave me (and I’m sure so many others) both direct and indirect lessons on how to live a purpose filled, positive, other-centered life. He was a wonderful Man, and he loved his Family deeply. Becky and Family, we are all so sorry for your profound loss. May you all be shrouded in love during this most heartbreaking time. Deepest Condolences, Carli Zyskowski

To Becky and Tracy's family. My heartfelt sorrow is extended to all of you. Tracy was a great person, friend and employee. I was able to work beside Tracy the past 3 years and he truly gave everything to his family and career daily. We often talked about his grandkids and his "to-do" list that Becky had for him. We shared laughs and his contagious smile will never be forgotten. May God Bless the family during this time of healing. His Service Express family will never forget his dedication and love for his career.

I am so sorry for your families loss. Tracy was the most genuine person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
Over the last 16 years of knowing Tracy he has always been willing to lend an ear and share his wisdom. I will miss his laughter and smile. Over the years of working with Tracy he has become more than a coworker, he has become my best friend.

Becky and Family, I am sincerely sorry about your loss. I have known Tracy thru work for almost 5 years. While I didn't interact with him on a day-to-day basis, I cherished the times I did speak with him, because Tracy always had a way of making things a little brighter...regardless of the circumstances. When I spoke to Tracy on the phone, even though I couldn't see his face, I knew he was smiling on the other end. His happy nature and positive attitude lifted the spirits of everyone around him...

Tracy was one of the most influential, intelligent, kindhearted, and humble individuals I’ve had the privilege of working with. One of my most fondest moments with Tracy was when he volunteered to step down as our team lead field engineer to allow me to assume that responsibility and accomplish a professional goal and grow as a leader on our team. I am truly grateful to have known and worked with him. Tracy will be sincerely missed. With deepest sympathy, Kevin Cofield

I am so sorry for your loss. My love and prayers go out to the entire family. Tracy was so devoted to his family, friends and his work. Working with Tracy these past 12 years has been a joy every time I was around him. As others have attested too and I will reiterate, his laughter and genuine positivity when faced with any situation was infectious. He brought up everyone around him with his smile. We had the opportunity to travel together a few times and meet with each other to go over development opportunities. He always had great ideas and I appreciated his willingness to share those with me and Service Express. We will miss him dearly. My family's sympathy and prayers go out to you during this most difficult time.

Rebecca and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of working with Tracy over the past 14 years. He was such an amazing man. He was generous with his time, his knowledge, and his abilities. Always willing to help in any circumstance. His personality was infectious, always bringing a smile to those he interacted with. His laugh is something I can still hear as I sit here and type this. No words can express the void that he has left but there a lot of us who are better just for knowing him. He will be missed deeply.

Becky and Family, very sad to hear of Tracy's passing. While we were not as close in our "older years", he was a very memorable part of our younger lives. Such a sad passing, especially at this time of year. His laughter is something that I will always remember as it was infectious. Hopefully, as time goes on, you and the family will be sustained by the joy and memory of his laughter.
