Obituary of Frances Irene Teeple
Age 81, of Mt. Morris, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2023, at home with her family by her side. A celebration of life will take place on Friday, May 19, 2023, at 12:00 noon at Martin Funeral, Cremation, and Tribute Services in Mt. Morris. Frances' family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm; and on Friday, from 10:00 am until the time of the service at 12:00 noon. Frances was born in Flint, on August 31, 1941, she is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Lee and Dagmar Lucielle (Dennis) Stoneburner. Frances met and married the love of her life, Howard Teeple, on the property where they would live throughout their entire married life of 55 years. Their union would be blessed with two children; sadly, Howard preceded her in death on June 30, 2022. Educated locally, Frances graduated from Baker College with a Bachelor's Degree in accounting. Frances loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed camping and traveling with her husband, Howard and the Independent Order of Foresters, crocheting, sewing, bowling at Colonial Lanes, Town & Country Lanes, and Nightingale Lanes, taking day trips with her friends from "the hall" Krapohl Senior Center, and going to family gatherings.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: son, Howard M. III, Shelia, and Deanna; daughter, Cheri Sancraint, and significant other, Joe; son-in-law, Kevin Sancraint; sisters: Emma Montague, and Sue Teeple; grandchildren: Kyle, and Alison; brothers-in-law: Bill and wife, Melody Teeple, and Jim Teeple; sister-in-law, Mary Henderson, and significant other, Elmer Acton; and several nieces and nephews.
Frances is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Howard, infant son, and infant daughter; nieces, Esther Ann Teeple, and Lisa Marie Clark; brothers-in-law: Raymond Montague, and Jack Teeple.
