Don “Barry” was born in Flint on February 25, 1961, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Don Barry and Sandra (Klein) Jones. Barry loved trucks and had always dreamed of driving a semi-truck, and that is exactly what he did. He was very passionate about long-haul truck driving and loved every minute of it. Barry created a website called Smokin Bear, where he sold cigars and cigar essentials. His desire to open the website was born when he smoked his first cigar. He loved to smoke a good cigar as well as collect humidors. Barry also was an avid Coca-Cola collector and had many different items, from diecast to knick-knacks. He loved to clean, and this led to him being known for keeping an immaculate home. Barry always said, “Hey, I know a guy,” and could get a good deal on anything you needed. He was funny, charming, and could always tell a good story. He will be greatly missed.
Left to cherish Barry's memory are his mother, Sandy and husband, Doug Tilden; father, Don Jones; children; Ryan Jones, Nick and wife, Chantal Krumm, Douglas Jones, Cayden Jones; grandchildren: Breeonnah, Joshua, Naomi; sister, Angela Jones; special friends: Steve Bratcher, Laura Davis, and Da'nae Wenzlaff; special aunt Trish; too many friends to mention.
Barry was preceded in death by his grandparents.
