Obituary of Michelle Marie Dyer

Age 55, loving mother of Taylor and Noah, of Mount Morris, passed January 21, 2023, at McLaren Flint with her husband by her side. A funeral service will take place at 12:30 pm on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services. Michelle’s family will be present to receive friends beginning at 10:00 am until the time of service at 12:30. Michelle was born August 21, 1967, in Flint, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert and Sharon (Blood) Ostrom. During her childhood, Michelle’s family enjoyed going on camping trips together, and she always remembered this so fondly. Michelle loved to cook, with meatloaf and pumpkin pie being her specialties. Tawas City was Michelle’s favorite destination, and she went there every chance that she could. Above all else, Michelle’s children were the most important part of her life. She was a gentle and loving mother and will be dearly missed.

Left to cherish Michelle’s memory are her beloved husband, Norman; her children, Taylor and Noah; stepchildren, Courtney and Christopher; siblings: Herb and wife Theresa, Paul, Becky and partner Eric, Bobby and wife Lorena; mother-in-law Ann, nieces: Holly and husband Andy, Danielle and husband DJ, Whitney, Haley, Addison, nephews, Christopher  PJ; and her best friends, Beth and Janet.

Michelle is preceded in death by her infant children, Hunter and Cheyanne, her father, her stepfather Daniel, and her grandparents, Robert and Bethany Blood.
