On Behalf of the Jackson Family Gloria, Dorothy, Larry, Judy and Joyce and the rest of the Jackson/ Franklin Family we send our deepest condolences to the Family of Mrs Elaine. She was our neighbor for 30+ years. She was a jewel to live by. My mother the Late Janie Jackson loved Mrs. Elaine. Elaine would watch over her from time to time until her health failed and always came by and brought her roses from her beautiful rose garden.
