Marian was born in Pinconning, Michigan, on June 25, 1926, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John and Clara (Tatro) LaBean. Educated locally, Marian graduated from St Michael's Catholic School in Pinconning, with the Class of 1942. She met the love of her life, Charles Davison, and the two were united in marriage on February 8, 1947. Their union would be blessed with 5 beautiful children. Marian worked as a cashier most of her life until her retirement in 1977. Marian was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church for many years. She enjoyed knitting hats for her family and everyone she knew, and she was very good at it. She enjoyed camping and fishing on the Muskegon River in Newaygo. Marian was a proud member of the Clio VFW Ladies Auxiliary #1452. She also enjoyed spending time at the Kraphol Senior Center. In her free time, Marian loved playing BINGO, listening to classic country music, and going to the casino. Soaring Eagle was her favorite. She also enjoyed playing Euchre. Spending time with her family and having people over her house was a delight for her. She loved everybody’s company, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Marian was known for always sending out birthday cards to everyone in her family. She never missed one. She will be greatly missed.
