It is said that we remember moments, not days. I am thankful the memory of this sad and difficult day will fade, and that we have many wonderful memories of Aunt Nev. I will hang on to moments such as her helping decorate Dom Polski Hall for Darrell’s and my wedding, her visit with my mom to Texas, sitting with her and mom at lunch after my dad’s funeral, and this visit to Michigan (photo) when we played cards until what seemed like the wee hours of the night, and her trying to sneak out the next day without saying goodbye so she would not tear up. Now our tears are shed for you and your family. Aunt Nev…you, your candor, and larger than life personality will be missed!!! XOXO
