Obituary of Toni K. Baker
Age 55, of Mt. Morris, passed away Saturday, June 26, 2021. A funeral service will take place at 12:00 noon, Wednesday, June 30, 2021, at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Grand Blanc. The family will be present to receive friends from 11:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 noon; with burial to follow at Fulton Center Cemetery in Perrinton, Michigan. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Genesee County Humane Society. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Toni was born in Flint on December 2, 1965, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Edwine and Sharon M. (Schollaert) Baker. Toni attended the Genesee Intermediate School District. She loved school along with everyone there, and they all loved her. Working was one of the many hobbies Toni enjoyed. She worked for The Compass and later transferred to Workshop Freedom, where she was able to make crafts and fill envelopes. Toni appreciated everything she was given by those she loved, and that loved her. Toni was famous for her watch and the hats she wore. In her free time, Toni enjoyed bowling, singing, dancing, karaoke, crafts, puzzles, coloring, and dolls were some of her favorite toys.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents: Sharon Bush, Leo Baker; siblings: Tina Schollaert, Barbara and husband, Jeffrey Groulx, Trina Mosack, Luster and wife, Francie Wineman, Tammie LaMee, Jerry Baker, Andy Baker, Joe and wife, Connie Baker, Tanya Miller; grandfather, Kenneth Mills; several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Toni was preceded in death by her brother, Leo Edwine Baker II, grandmother, Ruth Irene Mills "Dukey," and grandma and grandpa Baker.
