Alan was born in Flint, on January 6, 1981, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John E. and Letha Mae (Berry) Arcond. Alan worked as a mechanic for RPM Auto Salvage. Restoring vehicles was his passion, and one of the many vehicles he restored was his grandfather’s 2003 Chevy truck from rust back to beautiful. Alan was meticulous with everything he did right down to the gleaming white shoes he wore. Alan loved his children with his whole heart and only ever wanted to be a dad and have a family. His mother was the center of his world and he would do anything and everything for her. In his free time, Alan enjoyed landscaping, camping, riding 4 wheelers and motorcycles, and above all else, spending time with his family.
Left to cherish Alan’s memory are his mother, Letha Battles; siblings: April Arcond, Lisa and husband, Andy Arcond-Cliett, Greg Arcond and wife; children: Alana, Alexia, Adrianna, Alan, Jordan; his best friend Shaun Weible; several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Alan was preceded in death by his father, John; stepfather, Bill Battles; grandparents.
