Age 36, of Mt. Morris, died Friday, April 30, 2021, at Hurley Medical Center. A graveside funeral service will be held at 2:30 pm, Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at Flint Memorial Park Cemetery, Mt. Shawn was born in Flint, Michigan, on December 8, 1984, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul and Sheila (Bollinger) Culhane. He met, fell in love with, and was married to the love of his life Jessica Harris on September 10, 2011, in their backyard in Clio. Shawn was an entrepreneur and was self-employed. He loved to fish with his family at the Genesee County Fairgrounds and play with his children in the park. Shawn loved attending family BBQs every weekend and was the grill master. He could always turn anything negative into something positive and always had a smile on his face. Shawn loved to teach his children new things, watch his children play volleyball, and cheerleading, and taught his youngest daughter how to draw, she was following in Shawn's footsteps. He loved life and really liked trains. Shawn loved to spend holidays with his parents and family. In his free time, Shawn enjoyed riding his four-wheeler, go-carting, and fishing. Shawn took care of his family and will be greatly missed.
Shawn leaves to cherish his memory; wife of 10 years: Jessica Harris; three children: Brooklyn, Bridgette, James; mom and stepfather: Dave and Sheila Limmer; siblings: Casey, Jeff; grandmother: Judy Bollinger; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Shawn was preceded in death by two children: Shawn, Brianna; father: Paul Culhane; and two grandfathers: Bill Bollinger and Don Culhane.
