Sullivan, Norman Ralph, age 78, of Flint, died Thursday, March 18, 2021, following a courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease and Alzheimer's.
Norm was born in Flint, MI on February 16, 1943. He graduated from Flint Central High School before serving in the U.S. Army. While working at General Motors, Norm attended GMI and retired after more than 30 years. Norm was known for his quick wit and sense of humor. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, hunting, fishing, and most importantly, he loved spending time with his family. He was the Best Dad Ever!
Norm is survived by wife Ginny; daughters: Sherry (Steve) Trepanier, Jennifer (Bob) Pierson-Wirsing; three grandsons: Tristan Pierson, Jagur Trepanier, Xander Pierson, and his little buddy Muggs; siblings: Jim Sullivan, Rochester, MI, Ellie Benson, Flushing, MI, Nancy (Steve) Waterman, Swartz Creek, MI, Roxanne (John) Lehn, Monument, CO and many other friends and relatives. A special thanks to extended family member, Courtney Key, for the excellent care and the kind staff of Wellbridge.
Norm was preceded in death by his father Jim Sullivan and his mother Shirley (Sullivan) Massey.
Per Norm's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private service is to be held at a later date. Expressions of sympathy may be placed on Norm’s online tribute page at martinfuneralhome.com.
