Cindy is survived by boyfriend, Tad Spargur; her mother, Beulah;  her three children: Veronica (Mike Kosloski) Shanks, Joshua (Amy) Shanks, and Jessie Shanks; grandchildren: Dyllan (Lathia Simmon) Scott, Brett (Alyssa Barton) Scott, Joshua Shanks, Kyrsten (Juan Meza) Scott, Michael Scott, and Carson Shanks; great-grandchildren: Jordan, Brennan & Landon Scott, and Kasen Meza; brothers:  Russ Church and John (Andrea) Keller; sisters:  Renita Looze and Kim Harvey and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Church, and stepfather, William Keller.
