age 82, of Grand Blanc, entered into eternal life on Sunday, May 31, 2020, with his loving family by his side. A private funeral service will take place at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services, on Thursday, June 4, 2020. Reverend Ken Coughlin to officiate. Danny was born in Flint on September 28, 1937, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel and Olga (Stanghetta) Paris. In May 1957, he married the love of his life, Joyce Verrett. They were happily married for 63 wonderful years. Danny was a hard-working business owner who was devoted to his wife and eight children. Danny was a devout Catholic. He was an avid reader and had a lifelong love of learning. Danny loved all sports and had an expert level of knowledge of sports history. He had a terrific sense of humor and was always fun to be around. An avid golfer, Danny was also a huge Detroit Tiger baseball fan. In his free time, he liked to play cards, listen to Frank Sinatra, and travel to Italy. The three most important things in his life were God, faith, and family. Danny was a beautiful example to his family. He will be greatly missed.
Danny leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Joyce; children: David and wife, Debbie Paris, Laura and husband, John Jenkins, Dana and husband, Jeff Wonch, Diane and husband, Ken Kish, Jon and wife, Thao Paris, Victoria and husband, Wayne McConnell, Valerie and husband, Greg Hinkson, Kathy and husband, Tim Vanitvelt; 17 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; siblings: Eugene Paris, Roger and wife, Marlene Paris, David and wife, Marlene Paris, Angela and husband, Tom Gillis, Joseph and wife, Cindy Paris and his beloved dog, Max.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents and sister Victoria Paris.
