My best memory of Dorothy was how supportive she was of my Mom, Evelyn Roth. They were sister-in-laws, best buds, and boy could they Shop! I doubt my Mother ever had a better Friend.
My sister Sue and I visited young Bruce and Dorothy about a year ago. I was amazed to find Dorothy alert, very aware, with her quirky sense of humor still intact. She looked terrific and was as spry as a woman in her nineties could be. What a great role model she was.
Safe passage my lovely Aunt.

I am so sorry for your loss, Bruce. Dorothy was a kind and gracious lady. She meant so much to my mother, Marylu, who often held her up as an example and inspiration. I know you will miss her greatly.

I remember the Brocks from my childhood at church and remember them as very kind people. My mother Orpha always thought highly of Dorothy. I'm sorry for your loss.

Had a long walk for Dorothy this glorious morning remembering all those Country road walks we took in the 1970s. She could always outwalk me. Wonderful memories. The Charles Kuhl Family

Forever in our hearts, our good neighbor in Mount Morris. I have too many daily memories with, and of, her to recount. We just love her so much -- our dear, sweet Mrs. Brock. There was nothing we wouldn't do for her, although she would rarely ask, leaving us to either offer, or just do, small tasks for her.
My favorite times were always those spent sitting on her back porch (Florida Room), just relaxing and chatting. They were a wonderful reprieve from my routine, work-at-home day. I've missed those stolen moments (that often easily extended into hours) so much, since she moved to Florida.
We also grew to love her doting son, Bruce, who is left to carry on without her daily companionship. We will hold him in our prayers, and hope that he will fondly remember his many happy memories throughout the years.
