Dear Doris and Family,
Tom and I were saddened to read about Harvey’s passing.
We have so many fond memories of you and Harvey in Clearwater Beach.
Tom really enjoyed fishing with Harvey on the charters and at Parker Manor.
We will miss our lunch dates at the Cracker Barrel in Pt. Huron.
RIP Harvey.
Sincerely
Tom and Jackie

One of the best teachers I had during my time at OG. Remember small engine class the best. Truly a great man. Condolences to the family.

Mr.Billy was a top notch shop teacher! Hero to many that were lucky enough to pass through his classes. Think of, and speak of him often , even after 30 years.
He will be missed dearly!
So sorry for your loss,

My condolences for your loss. I reflect back many times on my education at Owendale-Gagetown and fondly remember Mr. Billy fostering my interest in engineering and influencing who I am today and the success I've had over the years. He was truly a Good Guy and I will always be grateful for his patience as a teacher and mentor.

My deepest condolences go out to the Billy family. From the time we moved to Owendale through the time I graduated high school Mr. Billy played a powerful role in shaping the man I'd later become. As my bus driver he reserved the front seat directly behind him for me. At first I resented the honor but as the time when by it was just a given, that was my seat which I maintained until I graduated. In shop, drafting or any of the other class he taught the importance of being well mannered and behaved were well understood. Mr. Billy was one of the two most influential men in my life and I'm grateful for God putting him there. Over the years since I've graduated there have been many stories shared over a cold beverage about the impact Mr Billy has had in my life. Thank you Mr. Billy.

Mr Billy was my teacher for drafting class. He was also one of my best friend's father.
I'll never forget the day I was sitting in the new counselor's office and we heard a loud crack from the shop room (followed by lots of cheering). Mr D'Aoust jumped up and asked "What was that?!". When I explained that it sounded like Mr Billy's paddle, the counselor was astonished. He said, "He cant do that!" I told him "Go ahead and try telling Mr Billy that. He wooped my dad, and he'll woop me if I misbehave."
Everyone knew not to mess around in Mr Billy's class.
He was a great man. I'm so sorry for your loss Janie.
