Obituary of Roberta Jane Thomas
Age 75, of Frankenmuth, died Monday, November 11, 2019, at Wellspring Lutheran Home in Frankenmuth. In accordance with Roberta’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
Roberta was born May 19, 1944, in West Branch, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold and Charlotte (Grant) Engle. Educated locally, Roberta graduated from Frankenmuth High School in 1962, and went on to further her education at Delta College. Upon completing her studies, Roberta went to work for Lawyers Title Company. She was employed by them for 22 years until she left to found her own title company, American R Title Company in Saginaw. In her spare time, Roberta could be found outdoors or enjoying a sporting event. Roberta was a beautiful soul who will be missed dearly.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Tom, and wife, Lori Heinlein; sister, Darlene Engel Tomczyk; sister-in-law; Mary Engel.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Grant Engel.
