Joe and family,\ \ Aunt Deanie will always be apart of my memories and I will keep them dear to my heart. May God comfort you in your time of need and hold you close to each other.\ \ Memories -\ Families getting together after church at the house on Garfield. In my teenage years, we would all gather at a restaurant and then play cards at Uncle Dar's afterwards. Her homemade cookies and pies. She introduced me to the big pretzels sticks and I haven't liked the thin ones since. Going camping at Brimley State Park and Aunt Deanie sitting on the TV all the way up to watch soap operas only to find that they were two weeks behind Flint. She also brought a camp oven and baked lots of goodies. Spending spring breaks in Gatlin, TN and shopping for material to make all those polyester clothes we all wore in the '70's. The pair of mittens that she made me and those famous Santa Cookies that I now make for my family. I will miss her stories of the Babcock family at the family reunions. She touch all our lives and that will always live on in us. I know that her and Mom (Ardis) are talking now.\ \ Love, Jennifer, Carl, Melissa, Eddie, Tyler, Thomas, Kiera and Teagan.
