Obituary of Audrey Ann Cronk
Age 83, of Englewood, Florida, formerly of Clio, passed away Friday, April 12, 2019, at Ascension Genesys with her family by her side. Mass of Christian Burial will take place 11:00 am, Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Flint. Rev. Fr. Roy Horning officiating with burial to follow at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Audrey's family will be present at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris to receive guests on Monday, from 12:00 noon until 8:00 pm. On Monday evening, family, friends and parish will gather to pray the Rosary at 7:00 pm. On Tuesday morning, Audrey will be taken to the church to lie in state from 10:00 am until the time of Mass at 11:00 am. Those desiring may consider memorial contributions to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, RETTS Rettsyndrome.org or to the Shriners Children's Hospital. Envelopes are available at the funeral home and church.
Audrey was born in Little Falls, Minnesota, on February 6, 1936, she is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond and Gertrude (Lund) Kujacznski. Audrey was Valedictorian of Sacred Heart School, class of 1954. She married the love of her life, Allen Cronk on November 6, 1954. Sadly, he preceded her in death on March 27, 1998. In her free time, Audrey loved spending time with her family and friends - especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed crocheting, reading, playing cribbage, traveling and going to the casino. She was a long-time member of the American Cribbage Congress (ACC) where she received her ACC ring and a member of Sacred Heart Church in Flint until it closed and continued to meet with her classmates for lunch and reunions. She also enjoyed making rosaries at St. Francis of Assisi in Englewood.
Left to cherish her memory her children: Donald (Charlene) Cronk, Leonard (Wendy) Cronk, Catherine McElrath, Mary (Jeff) Crim, Linda (Kevin) Uhelski, Rosalie (Tony) Hallwood; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; brothers: Jim, Dan, Roman, and Tim; sisters: Blanche Bennett, Kathleen Zielinski, and Alana Ellis; and five godchildren.
Audrey was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers: Raymond (Sonny) Kujacznski, and Thomas Kujacznski; sister, Michelle Kujacznski.
