Obituary of Ruth Ann Allen

Ruth Ann Allen, age 77, of Clio, passed away Monday, November 26, 2018, at her home with her family by her side. In accordance with Ruth Ann's wishes, cremation has taken place. There are no further services scheduled at this time. 

 

Ruth Ann was born in Davison, on July 16, 1941, she is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd and Loretta (Travor) Eisenbach. She was married to the love of her life, Ronald until he passed away on February 25, 2007.  Ruth Ann proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War until earning her honorable discharge. After raising her children, Ruth Ann would begin working as a floral designer for Piechniks Greenhouse in Clio for 33 years, retiring in 2016. In her free time, Ruth Ann enjoyed: quilting, flower gardening, and decorating for the holidays. She also enjoyed playing video games. Ruth Ann was known by her family as a caring and loving mother and grandmother who was family-oriented. 

 

Left to cherish her memory are her three children: Donald J. (Heather Voelker) Allen, Douglas J. Allen, and Angela J. (Carl Owens) Allen; four siblings: Carol Hunnington, Sam (Sue) Eisenbach, Rhonda Denslow, and Lori Eisenbach; seven grandchildren: Nichole, Brandon, Kyle, Sierra, Morgan, Shyanne, and Devin; her dogs, King and Hammer; and many other family members and friends.

                                               

Ruth Ann was preceded in death by parents, husband, Ronald H. Allen, and her sister, Theda Squires.
