Obituary of Carman Elaine Coggins
Carman Elaine Coggins, age 56, of Mt. Morris, passed away Saturday, August 25, 2018. In accordance with Carman's wishes cremation has taken place.
Carman was born in Flint, on June 8, 1962, the daughter of the Mr. and Mrs. Patrick and Marion (Zmuda) Coggins. Carman worked for Metamora Products in Metamora for over 20 years, retiring in 2015. She loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her granddaughter Olivia. She was an avid reader and had a love for the outdoors, and gardening. She enjoyed drinking her coffee while watching hummingbirds.
Left to cherish her memory, her better half of 39 years, Rodney Bomsta; daughter, Erica Bomsta; granddaughter, Olivia; mother, Marion Coggins; siblings: Michael (Kathy) Coggins, Michele Lightle, Paula (Lee) Ferrell, and Matthew (Heidi) Coggins; and many other family members and friends.
Carman was preceded in death by her father Patrick Coggins, and her uncle Mac Zmuda.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Carman's memory to the Genesee County Humane Society.
