Obituary of Robert Anthony Fox
Robert Anthony Fox, age 70, of Suttons Bay, formerly of Shepard, died Thursday, June 28, 2018. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family scattering will take place at Sunset Hills Cemetery at a later date.
Robert was born on February 2, 1948, in Shepard, Michigan, the son of Mr. & Mrs. Norman and Mary (Jackson) Fox. He and Jacqueline Walker were united in marriage on June 12, 1989, in Holly. Robert worked as a computer programmer for Grand Traverse Band of Ottowa and Chippewa Indians for many years until his retirement in 2002. In his free time, Robert enjoyed hunting, fishing, and going to garage sales.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Jacqueline; his three children: Michelle Allison, Amy Fox, and special friend, Mike, and Jeff and wife, Kate Fox; three stepchildren: Tami and husband, John Drake, Kelley and husband, Ronald Blocker, and Troy Watson; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and his best friend, Dale Penney.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Mary; and his stepdaughter Alicia Cummingham.
